You fill capsules with the whole Epsom Salt quantity. I used 00 size gelatin capsules that I bought at Wild Oats and filled about 76 of them. So I took 19 ES capsules for each Epsom Salt session.

I yack at the thought of Epsom Salt water too so Concerned Aunt talked me into trying it with the capsules. I did it for my third flush and had excellent results.

There is liver cleanse that uses Classic Coke rather than grapefruit juice. You also use lemons with it. Concerned Aunt can give you more info. She's great!
