Oh, I'm definitely going to go ahead with it! It's too late to turn around now :-)
I've invested money into the heat treatment cap, the oil (which I bought
here locally) and the herbs, which I purchased from mountainroseherbs.com
as you suggested, and from juniperridge,com (for the sagebrush). Sagebrush is
very difficult to find. It is a different herb from sage, which is what I had thought all
along. Unfortunately mountainrose did not have it, nor did one or two other
companies which Juniper Ridge referred me to (here in the Bay Area). It's
expensive paying shipping for all of this, but if it really works as well as you say it
does, it will be worth it in the end. I will post about it. I intend to do it over the Xmas
break as I will have 10 unbroken days of being able to get up without having to
go to work :-) :-) and I won't have that again till July. I'll probably do it again then,
at the same time as my next long OJ fast.
