hi julie, it was definatly worth it. the warm castor oil for 2 nites cleans the hair folicile and draws clogs out of the scalp hair folicles, the warm olive oil for 2 nites feeds and nourishes the entire head, skull, hair shaft, folicles and scalp, and the 2 nites of warm wheat germ oil also feeds, nourishes the scalp, the hair, the hair folicles and smoothes the shafts of the hair, the tea rinses feel good, feed, and remove old soap build up and improve circulation to the head and hair also.

Hair looks and feels great after treatment. I did it once and liked the outcome and then did it 6 months later, last month. It is messy to do but the outcome is great hair and a well oiled fed and nourished feeling scalp, for weeks and months after.

The head, hair and scalp are really fed and nourished by the oils and tea and are healthy afterwards. Hair is thicker, smoother, grows better and is more manageable naturally after the 6 nite oil and tea treatments.
