Here is my theory on this (worth 2 cents):

When your limbs go cold it is your own body’s defense system attempting to heat your core body temperature. This is VERY frequent for people whose immune system had already given up fighting candida or parasites or cancer or whatever.
An easy test is to pop a short duration anti-histamine (Like Benedryl) while you feel like this. If it fixes it then you know it’s your immune system. That is a good thing (your system is getting stronger) but you got to be careful after all malarial fever is exactly that, your own body attempting to kill some unknown vector…
