Acne, What a terrible ride...

Well I've been having bouts of having it under control then it goes all out of whack again. First I'd just like to tell of somethings I've been doing.

About a week ago I do my first liver flush... got tons of stones out and what was amazing is alot of my cysts without white heads became white heads the next day and I was kinda clear? for about 4 days. But along with the flush I got a terrible head cold and was hacking up some nasty things and am still snotting.

Three days ago I restarted on Colonix, hopeing that possible I still have parasites that may be contributing to the cause. Well lets just say right now I look like i've rolled around on a pile of needles with my face. But some one was telling me it was die off which I don't remember having the first time I started Colonix.

An amazing thing I tried was coconut oil. For the time I was using it I had great results, it was just amazing. But I really should buy some more because the one I got froze and I had to keep unfreezing it and now it smells really bad to the point where I won't put it on to shower cause it makes me gag(and I can drink Epsom Salt with no problem lol so this is rotten or something). So I think that may be part of my next step.

Alrighty and lastly I was doing some research and my back has been kind of out of whack. I've done some research on this( http://www.lifechirocenter.com/subluxation.html ) and I also have been suffering from a lack of energy due to a sort of insomnia. From what I've heard chiro's arn't expensive at all and hey it's worth a shot and besides my neck area and upper back is has protruding bones which developed over the year I was deployed due to odd positions I was put in for hours at a time. Anyway that might be a thing for some people to look into. As far as me I have no neck pain but I know theres something definitly wrong with my spine.

Well if anyone has any suggestions or questions for me, I've basically been working on this Acne condition seriously for the past 3... no more of the masking the problems with creams and what have you. Also I start college in the jan and it would be nice if I could get a prayer for this curse to clear up, I really want to make a good first impression on my first year at a real college. I hope this is some good info for everyone... I'll keep you updated on if the colonix thing helps after the die off.
