Dry skin, dry lips

Just recently we've had a weather condition in our area that we call Santa Ana winds. This is where the humidity in the air decreases drastically and there are very dry winds that blow quite forcefully.

Before this happened I was doing a series of 4 baths (Epsom Salt, Hydrogen Peroxide and Baking Soda) over a period of 4 days.

Well my face became and lips became very dry and red. Also, I feel much colder than the weather would dictate. I read the previous post about Sodium to Potassium ratios and suspect this may be my problem.

To try to heal, I've been upping my dosages of lime water (taken in Uncle Moreless' Old Fashioned Blackstrap Lemonade ;)) and upping my dosages of kelp to 1 tablespoon 4 times a day. I also started doing enemas (2 over the last two days) which amazingly gives me some immediate relief of my symptoms although they tend to come back a few hours later. I am also fasting since yesterday night and only drinking UMOFBL aka "the drink" and eating kelp.

Is there something else I should do or should I just stay the course and wait for the results of what I am already doing.

As always, your wisdom and insight is appreciated.

God Bless,

Evan
