It sounds to me like one should do a few flushes before adding any liver-cleansing supplements. I think I will wait until after flushing several times (?). From reading through a lot of these posts over time, it seems like it takes on average a few flushes before they get really productive. And I think Telman's point is that we don't want to take milk thistle etc. before the toxins it produces have a definite way out... ?
Any comments on how to know when you are having flushes productive enough to add the liver-cleansers would be appreciated....
