I just thought I would share something that I have found useful for cravings. Take a tablespoon of organic virgin cold pressed coconut oil with meals three times a day, and you will find life so much better. I am not saying you will not want foods that are on the "no way" list, but if you succombe you will find you don't get into a binge. You may eat more than you wanted, but it is easy to stop. I don't think about food all day now. If I forget the oil for one day which I did this week, I end up stuffing my face. There are a lot of books on coconut oil which will give you plenty of food for thought.
