It is so easy... here are the instructions:

you can do it as many times in a day as you want, just be sure you have an empty stomach.
Yes for 15 or 20 minutes... some people start out with only 5 and work their way up OR change the oil and do 2 x 10 minutes.
You really should read all the R posts on the oil pulling forum.
