Re: Numbness/tingling in back of the head?/ Chiro story and advice

Try to see another specialist (Chiro-, Osteo-, or Naturopath or if necessary a neurologist) for a second opinion.

Trained in Chirotherapy I moved to the Dorn Method because I had some less fortunate experiences when cracking my patients especially in the neck although most were good.
No Therapy or Doctor can heal you only yourself can but sometimes ouside help is needed. Most Health Professionals (hopefully) put the patient before money issues and the way you are treated will show it! Of course we need to trust but not without a critical however open mind.
We developed some Self Help Exercises that partly simulate the actions done during a therapy meaning that you can do the alignment of joints also in the spine by yourself to a great extend.
You can check the exercises here: http://www.dorn-method.com

Wish you the best
Thomas
