Hello - HUMAWORM can be taken anywhere from 8-12 hours apart with 12 hours apart being ideal. This is so that the herbs are in your system 24 hours a day for 30 days.

Taking HUMAWORM before meals ensures that the types of parasites that absorb nutrients through their skin get the herbal chemicals BEFORE they can get your food.

You can take the capsules and not eat afterwards - such as at bedtime - but for most people, eating afterwards keeps the heartburn down to a minimum.

Either time of day is fine for children - just whenever they are the most cooperative :)
