timing of taking the capsules..

If I take two at 6AM is it ok to take the other two right before bed? Or is there a specific reason for taking them 12 hrs apart? Is it best to eat an hour later or do you think it would be beneficial to take them before bed when no food will be eaten in a long time? thanks
also when is the best time for children to take AM or before bed?
