Re: Krill oil

I still have some aches and pains (I've been on krill oil for about six months now), but since I've started taking it my fingernails have gotten much stronger, and my skin has improved in texture. I figure the health of the skin is a reflection of the health of the rest of the body, and if that's so, that's all I need to recommend it.

My daughter, who has stomach sensitivity to the fish oils, can take the krill oil without problems.
