Thanks for all your research and links. I will have to review my $$$$ and see if I can swing a bottle of this-I may have to wait a couple of weeks. Still it sounds very promising for helping relieve the inflammation. I generally take 3-5 grams of flax seed oil, I read several places that we need about 3000 Mg of Omega 3 a day. I also eat walnuts and raw pumpkin seed a lot. Still, I know I am missing some of the benefits of fish oil. Fish oil does not set well with me whether it is the high grade kind or the stuff off Walmart's shelves. I'll keep researching and hopefully this forum will catch on soon.
