I agree.
Care should be taken with essential oils because there are so many synthetic copies out there with little therapeutic value. Its like bath and body works products, and other brands touting the beneficial properties, but the oils are synthetic.

It boils down to common sense really, I have used many 'alternative' or I like to say earth Science methods for years and I have never gone in blind on any of them, I have bought the appropriate books and then the accountrement. I would never put anything in my body that I was not knowledgeable about. If lazy people want to do that then that is their problem, they shouldn't cry foul when they get hurt.
