There are some essential oils that are food grade and safe to ingest internally. Just beware as a consumer to read up and do your research on what those oils are and definately beware of companies that products are not pure and natural.

There are also pure essential oils that are safe to put on the skin undiluted. Just educate yourself and know what those oils are. Tweet
