I also have similar reactions when eating too much raw dairy & then even fermented products can create a "heat" condition in my body tho' in Ayurveda yogurt is supposed to cool "fire"--go figure.

I find that homemade yogurt actually is more digestible to me. I think constitution, genetics, etc. all play a part here and no two people will ever react identically to anything. While fermented dairy etc. is supposed to work in theory things don't always work out in actual practice. Coconut kefir also works much better on my body than milk kefir. You might try Donna Gates' website to learn how to make this. I feel great when drinking this.

I never tried kefir topically. I've read before that eczema is also related to Ascaris & so have always wanted to try zapping but haven't yet.
