Half litre daily;, rub some (36/48 hrs ) kefir into the affected areas. LEAVE CRUST (which forms) dry and do not remove at night. Clean hands and face the following morning. Even some cases of severe excema heal after 4 days and you will be amazed how quickly it will cure Acne. (18/24 hrs Kefir).
