Yes, powdered, organic, Habanero chili peppers. And yes, it does get my teeth clean. I get the Habaneo powder from Pacific Botanicals. It’s quite refreshing. And if you happen to have any bleeding in your mouth, the Habanero powder stops it immediately. But if you think that’s intense, you should try Herbal Snuff. It contains Goldenseal powder, Bayberry powder, Habanero powder, and Garlic powder. Snuffle this up each nostril. If you do it right, it feels like it’s going to come out the back side of your head. But it really clears out stuffed up sinuses. And it disinfects them too. It’s another Dr. Schulze formula. It’s a little intense, but it’s great. I had a friend that tried this with straight Habanero powder. He got this funny look on his face, then he did a somersault, fell to the ground and started screaming. It didn’t last long though, and it really did clear out his sinuses. :)
