Re: which multi vitamin supplement

Dear GXpark.

I'm firmly convinced that Daily Advantage by
Mountain Home Nutritionals, is the very best
daily multi-vitamin. In the last 30 years,
I've tried a lot of mult-vitamins, including
the Solgar VM-75, which is probably the best
single capsule multi you can find.

Daily Advantage contains a packet of 8 capsules. It is formulated by Doctor David
Williams, who is one of the very best
alternative physicians. If you read over
the list of ingredients, you'll be very
pleased. Nothing is left out. That's why
there needs to be 8 capsules in each little
packet.

Doctor Williams recommends two packets each
day. I take just one -- in the morning -- so
a box with 60 packets lasts me for two months.
I take lots of other supplements and green
foods, so I know I'm not hurting myself by
taking just one packet.

I also highly recommend his Vision Advantage.
It's a bottle of big, purple capsules. I take
this one as directed: two in the morning
and two with dinner, in addition to a bilberry capsule. I've been using Vision Advantage for 3 or 4 years, and my 65 year-old
eyes are back to 20/20. I can see better now
than at any time in my long life.

Doctor William's website is:

The order line is 1-800-888-1415

Blessings,

Owen
