Dr Bruce Ames is a spokeman for Monsanto , he also claims that broccolli has just as many carcinogens as polyvynal clhoride and says eating organic is a waste of money, that pesticides and herbicides are harmless!
Organic chicken cooked propery at low tempatures or boiled is very healthy according to Sally Falon and the Weston Price Foundation who have done serious legitimate studies!
Its not the chicken its factory farms using anti biotics and other chemicals to raise thousands of chickens in a limited area is what makes chicken unhealthy, not the chicken itself! In the past chicken was main stay of many healthy individuals who often died at a ripe old age in thier sleep, living healthy lives never seeing a doctor for anything!
Its easy to misconstrue facts to fit your agenda and decieve ! I think there is too much of that going on in this forum on both sides and I hope it doesnt continue!
