According to reasearch performed by DR.Bruce Ames,professor of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at University of Califoria,Berkly.Various groups of chemicals from cooked food can cause tumors.For instance nitrosomines are created from fish,POLTRY"aka CHICKEN"or meat cooked in gas ovens and barbecues.When nitrogen oxides within the flames interact with the fat residues;hetrocyclic amines form from heating proteins and amino acids.Then there is the wonderfully tasty polycyclic hydrocarbons formed by charring meat.These are toxins consumed by cooked fooders of the animal kind.Some consider this to be healthy,such as 67558.Most people know that cancer causing substances should be avoided.But they consume them because they cant deny the calling of there flesh for unhealthy meats.But there are plants that should be avoided as well.Peanuts are a good example,a hyperalergenic food.Most people who are nutritionaly savy know this.The exception would be 67558,who seems to have a very limeted knowledge base on the subject of health.
