I am not very good with dairy products, so I'll pass on the yougurt, but as soon as I make my mind up on which zapper to go for, then I'll look into getting some pro-biotics.
I remember last year I went to listen to a lecture on nutrition and there I was told that if you want to take pro-biotcs, you have to go for proper ones, yougurts and supermarket style ones don't have enough of them and are basically useless.
The lady who gave the lecture, gave the name of a couple of brands of pro-biotics, but I cannot remember them, but if you are interested I am sure if you ask a nutricionist they can tell you of good ones.
