Re: my hiatial hernia was healed in 10 seconds

i guarantee if your is that bad you'd be better off doing the research and finding a chiropractor that'll do it of you because when its at the initial high its best to have tht angle only someone else, a professional, can provide. with saying that i'm going to assume that you'll try it yourself as a last resort. after its initially lowered though its way easy to do it on yourself, but you really need to do it a few times a day on an empty stomach (i do it in the morning and before meals) to get it used to staying down again. also, the breath may be from acid reflux? thats common with a hiatial hernia. if you lick your arm, let it dry, smell it and its very strong and, well, acid like...theres your proof (some people cant smell theior own breathe so that works for them)
good luck finding a practitioner! remember to find someone that does kinestheology

some find this easiest to do sitting straight up in a chair with a
hard seat, i find it easiest to do laying down. if ones hard for you,
try the other

with your right hand, locate the outside of your left ribs
trace them up to the left side of the opening of your chest cavity
deep breath in
as you breath |OUT press your hand into your chest cavity and drag
downwards, (you're moving your stomach down|) then slightly center at
the lowest point of where your stomach SH|OUL|D be
you'll know you got it, if when you take a breath it comes easily from
your stomach and not your chest
you should find its easier to take deep breaths if this was your issue
its really easy. and if you still arent sure, you can even drink a
quart and a half of water then stand on a ledge about two feet |(or
two stairs|) off the ground...then jump without using any knee
resistance. i mean you better keep stiff legged and land straight on
those feet. that'll push your stomach down with the force with the
added weight of the water....but manually moving it is better

she suggests doing it on yourself before each meal on an empty
stomach, or two hours after a meal when the stomachs pretty empty

but yea, really you should move it everyday so it doesnt creep up over
time like it does due to daily life
