Yes, without a doubt I have an Ascaris infection, and possibly tape. I've been working on this problem since March 2005; and sometime in July-August 2005 real problems began when they scattered everywhere (muscles, eyes, under skin, etc.) after taking meds. There are days when I have a lot of energy and can almost do anything, and there are days I feel practically useless with very low energy.

I've tried eating many different things to see if this would make a difference, in terms of eliminating them. I have not found that the diet really helps in regard to getting rid of them. However, depending on what you eat, I do think it helps to keep down the breeding ground. I feel the best when I eat a lot of pineapple which may include a fast for several days, and/or keep the diet light with veggies. One note about the pineapple, it seems as though it coaxes the parasites back into the intestines because they smell the Sugar and it does seem to keep them quieter. I could be wrong about this, though. The pineapple acid (an alkaline food) was proven in the late 1800's in a medical text that the fresh fruit dissolves ascaris. There is a good possibility this works for the small critters, but not the big honkers.

I haven't been a red meat eater in a number of years, so being a semi-veggie hasn't been a problem for me. If you've been following Boldyloxx, she has provided a lot of good information in this regard.

I drink a lot of water. Several 32 fl oz throughout the day.

Another key component is to keep the bowels moving. For me, I feel best when elimination at approx 3 times per day; sometimes this is very hard to achieve because they like to rebel secreting hormones preventing the elimination process.

Whenever I try a new formula, I take it with something sweet to keep the ones in the intestines where they are from migrating. I've found that many companies use inferior products. Humaworm seems to be a rare exception although I have not tried that formula because I'm dealing with an unusal resistant issue. I believe that I'll need to do something else that will address my problem. You mentioned a zapper. I don't know how well they work in regard to what I'm dealing with ascaris. I have a Terminator but didn't find it to be helpful, except when I applied it directly on an area on my arm. It get rid of 3 hard lumps which was the same area, that I saw parasites (along with a 2 pharmacists & nurses) under the skin a couple months prior.

I wish, I had some more concrete information in terms of telling you that if you did 1-2-3, you'd be cured! Unfortunately, I don't have the answers. One of these days, the puzzle pieces will come together and an answer will be available!

The most important advice that I can give you is to believe no one, including me! It is best to do your own due diligence. The information on this board is a good foundation for research. I can't stress this enough, do your own reading and experimenting to either validate or discount information. It is unfortunate, but I had to learn this the hard way, after the multitude of parasites that scattered everywhere. I had read 3 medical texts on the meds prior to what I was given and none of them mentioned scattering. This also includes the doctor that I consulted with who read 2 med references, as well. If you decide to go the med route one day, learn about the dosages; most doctors will low ball the prescription creating problems. Therefore, read, read, read...learn about the pros and cons in everything that you do. Ask questions because there are no dumb questions when it comes to dealing with these things.
