Re: HAS ANY1 HEARD OF folliculitis!!

i just recently went to the doctor for folliculitis(spelling?) on both sides of my head tords the back but it's still on the side's of my head. it started scabing up and stuff. Anyways the doctor said "buy antibacterial SOAP, NOT SHAMPOO, when you wash your hair first use the antibacterial SOAP!! then use a scrub brush and scrub the crap out of it. its a external bacteria and not internal unless it gets really deep inside your head which isn't common. Scrub the crap out of it and if its sore do it lightly but you will have to scrub longer if you scrub lightly, do one side then clean the brush, put some more of the anitbacterial soap on it then scrub the other side really good then clean the brush. Now you can use shampoo to clean your hair up, do this everyday and it should go away. once it goes away and you don't notice it anymore, don't stop scrubing those area's keep on doing this even if you don't see the bumps keep doing it for 2 or 3 months every single day, mabey twice a day and it should solve the problem". well i have done it for a week straight now and its healing up nicely, its actually starting to go away. I completely have all faith in this method that he suggested to me. he also said when they are small bumps to drain them or squeeze the crap out of them before they get more infected which also helps to. my head doesn't hurt as bad anymore so its working. give it a try it just my work :)
