I got out of the shower and noticed - dang my stomach looks bigger than ever (along with the rest of me)! I had been planning on MC, but never gotten around to it. In October I know when I was on the scale it read 308, I'm like great I'll be under 300 in no time, but you know how time flies...Anyway, I get on the scale after getting out of the shower and OH MY CRUNCH n' MUNCH, my ass has gotten up to 325.5. People, I gotta lose this and fast. I want to be at least 299 by December 8th! I got Pilates tapes still in the package that I am breaking out and I plan to run not walk everyday. I will enjoy thanksgiving but I gotta exercise my way outta this mess I've gotten myself into and somehow survive this Holiday season without gaining additional weight! I figure I got two weeks (give me a few days for holidays) to jumpstart myself back to where I was in October and really get busy trying to reduce by the new year (I would really just like to be under 300lbs). Can anyone give me some record weight loss stories to motivate and tell me how you did it? Thanks!
