Re: Is it die off or am I dying?

Hi

http://www.jigsawhealth.com/ offer some helpful advice on adrenal fatigue treatment.  There are many sites out there that offer online questionnaires that you might find useful.  For example, before I began candida diet I would have scored chronic.  I now score mild adrenal fatigue.  (This is most likely because the candida diet takes away a lot of the stuf f that stresses the adrenals.)

However, I follow the adrenal diet, lots of good quality oily fish, no junk food, no caffiene whatsoever.  Water is ph7.2 and a half teaspoon of organic seasalt is added to each glass.  This is very important for healing exhausted adrenals.  I also follow guidelines of getting as much sleep as poss (some recommend bed by 10pm and never rising before 8.30 am, which I do when I can.  You eat a little food between 8 and 8.30 am, lunch between 11 and 11.30, and a snack between 2. and 2.30.    Google adrenal fatigue and do some on line questionaires then you will know how exhausted you adrenals are, and then what you have to do to heal them.

I am using the Humaworm parasite cleanse.  He has a forum here on curezone, and his product is available on Ebay now.  As i said, I did it purely as a precautionary measure having battled systemic candida for so long, and was staggered at what I saw after just two days.  Humaworm says that I have likely been infested for a long time (I guess hes right, I can trace candida symptoms back forty years - Im 44, and parasites are often there along with it).

I expect it will help with my candida problems too. After all, these parasites waste is pure ammonia, causing acidosis, which candida loves.  Its a nightmare, but since taking steps towards adrenal recovery and the humaworm treatment, I have had my biggest improvement in symptoms for a long time.

I've laid of antifungals for a while, but will resume them when I get the parasite issue sorted.  I dont see the point in going any further with candida treatments until I get rid of these things.  Humaworm also kills friendly bacteria, so if you go for it, you need to repopulate with probiotics afterwards.

I have leaky gut and thought it was totally down to candida.  Apparently some of these parasites bore holes too.  SO I was never going to heal my leaky gut without doing the parasite cleanse.

I hope I have helped you in some way, and that you start to get somewhere in you healing.

Good luck

Fiona
