DOES A BOWEL CLEANSE cause loose stool?

DOES A Bowel Cleanse cause loose stool? DOES A Bowel Cleanse HELP WITH FLATULENCE? i am new here and can use some help. first of all, i'd like to start off by stating that i have a bowel condition due to a broken back and nerve damage 10 years ago. my bowel is flacid and i have no feeling and no control over the spincter muscle. i also have the same issue with my bladder but my bladder spincter is always closed so i have to do intermittent cathiteriazation about every 3 hours when the bladder is full.

so, ever since my injury, i have had incontenence of the bowel when i have loose stool and terrible flatulence and gas.(isn't flatulence and gas the same thing?}when my stool is hard, i have no problems. when it's loose it just comes out without warning and since i have no feeling in that region, i only know i had an accident from the smell or the weight of it. so on to my question, will a Bowel Cleanse help with flatulence because no matter what i eat, i get gas and i mean smelly nasty gas and i don't feel it comming on and don't realize that i even did it because of no feeling down there.it has caused a lot of embarrasing moments for me and has caused a lot of strain on my marriage. it also keeps me from venturing out to far. i am a big meat eater and have decided to stop eating meat because of this http://www.nealhendrickson.com/mcdougall/020800pubadfarts.htm. so now i want to cleanse my bowel and intestines to get ride of all the years of formented meat build up. can anyone tell me if the Clarkia parasite cleanse causes loose bowel movments? i hate to depend on the depends if you know what i mean. i am only 39 and have been dealing with this for 10 years now. doctors aren't much help at all. they say to just watch what you eat. any help would be great appreciated.
