update

ashley is feeling a lot better, and her colon is not impacted anymore.
what can I do to help her to not soil herself? if I give her the medication she just gets constipated. is there any way to improve sphincter strength?
due to an injury when she was 2, and a lot of medical tests, she only has 40% of normal sphincter strength

also, if I don't give catelyn an enema, she just holds off having a bm, and becomes sonstipated. she tries to keep from going even with the enema
if it wasn't the colonoscopy, then what is causing catelyn to soil her clothes? she has never had this problem before, and the doctor said her sphincter is perfectly normal.
