I did do my first Liver-Flush on Saturday! thanks to you :-)
it went very well. The protocol I followed from my girlfriend did not include the morning after doing more ES....her's stop after 10pm ES. Is that ok?
I did get lot's of stones
also was curious why wouldn't a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) be part of the protocol the morning after? it seems like that would work great to push everything OUT.
