I started my Master-Cleanse today, but around 6 pm i cheated. I ate, and i just did it again. This is not good. I regret eating (both times.) I am starting all over tomorrow morning though. may be hard on your body.
I hope you did not do it...
It is normal for some to take a few runs at the
cleanse before they find themselves up and running.

I did do my first Liver-Flush on Saturday! thanks to you :-)
it went very well. The protocol I followed from my girlfriend did not include the morning after doing more ES....her's stop after 10pm ES. Is that ok?
I did get lot's of stones
also was curious why wouldn't a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) be part of the protocol the morning after? it seems like that would work great to push everything OUT.

Congratulations~~!
The SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) flushes you out, but the Epsom Salts
opens the ductwork which allows more bile to
flow and stones to flow too.
I do the morning Epsom Salts because they are
effective. If you did it with and without, you
would prove this to yourself most likely.
Of course, I have the flexibility to be near
a toilet and perhaps if one cannot, then it
would be more prudent to skip the salts. Still,
another reason to do it on a day when you have
no commitments early in the day...ggg.
I am glad your first Liver Flush is now behind
you, I hope you find it easier in the future.

This is a reply to # 773,707Well, i guess it's probably my fault for posting that message kind of late last night. So, i did drink 2 teas, back to back, and i woke up like 3 times to go to the bathroom. I just fully woke up half hour ago, and about to take the saltwater flush. Oh my, what will happen now? Good thing i don't have to leave the house today, lol. I will make sure i don't cheat anymore, to prevent this from happening again. Well, things are moving in there again. Gotta run (literally.)
