I'm not familiar with these particular drugs. But, it is important to remember that antibiotics, most of which are derived from mold fungi(penecillin from penecillium etc), kill off the good bacteria as well, which are the competitors of mold fungi, and keep mold fungi in check. I call it the dance of the mold fungi with the bacteria. It is crucial they be kept in balance. If either becomes stronger it manifests problems and/or infections. Since 99% of the doctors receive inadequate training in mycology during medical school, too often bacterial infections and fungal infections are incorrectly diagnosed. They have the same symptom manifestations. I've tragic consequences when this happens. A family in Salem, Oregon had a mold exposure and the mold health problems. Doctor gives the child an antibiotic. Infant ends up on a heart/lung machine. Giving a concentrated dose of mold(antibiotic) to a patient that is already suffering health problems due to too much mold in the body SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING in this day and age!
