Question about alternative treatment suppression

I have read and watched a lot of the beck stuff as well as read a lot of ozone therapy books. I always see these mafia like references like deaths or other generally active suppression of alternative remedies, to the point of not even funding research in them because that’s what they are (IE cant patent that, we aren’t interested in that). And you read it all over the internet as you search through it all. Beck is constantly saying how they just want to take him to jail. Are they seriously locking up alternative remedies practictioners like beck protocol and ozone doctors in the face of actual results? How can it be painted so analog to good and evil? How are all of these intelligent people who make it through medical school etc. be so misguided in their understanding of HIV and Every other disease?
