You are doing fine - it sounds like you are heavily infested due to the fact that you are only on you third day of HUMAWORM! Your symptoms do indicate that you have probably had these parasites for quite some time.

Most species of tapeworms only are about 1/2 inch long when they are fully grown. There are very very few that grow to monsterous sizes.

The dark red things you passed are older liver flukes - just like what I talked about in my last post to you. The older the liver flukes are, the darker red (almost black) in color they are.

30 days of HUMAWORM is enough - just do the round you have now, then wait 90 days and do another one. You are still very early in your cleanse, there will be more parasites to come out. Doing more than this might create "super parasites" that are very hard to get rid of.
