I've done Raw Food regimens myself for other health things - but surprisingly what really curbed my Depression (and I didn't start it for this) was the Blood-Type Diet.
Mind you I had tried the BTD as well with minimal positive results in the past, but when I found out my 'Secretor Status' THATS when things started to fall into place about feeling right.
