I have heard that if you fast long enough that it could help balance chemicals. It makes sense that it would.
I feel low now though. ugh. induced from the fast. But I've had me own battles and hope for the same result. I think taking care of yourself and getting foods out of your diet that could very well contribute to Depression helps. When you introduce food back, post-fast, take your time and pay attention to how you feel after each food you eat. keep a log.
