One book about the moon says the new moon & the full moon have the same gravitational effect on the earth.It also says the crime rate goes up during the FM & NM.
About the water.The purer/Low PPM /1ppm or less is what you should use.
If you ever get ahold of water that is too pure,take some CS from a previous batch & add a little to your water to get it brewing.
NEVER ADD SALT,BAKING SODA or anything else.
