I pretty much do the whole protocol- the diet, the drink, the bath, the broth, rebounding, deep breathing, meditation, stretching, affirmations, skin brushing, h2O2 and ACV spritz.
I have the most alkaline diet I can with the produce available to me. I only eat fruit, vegetables, home grown sprouts, Alaskan salmon and sardines and a little homemade yoghurt from organic goat milk or unhomogonised cow milk.
I take the drink 3x a day. 1T BSM, loads of lime water [3/4 of the glass full - about 20T], 1-2T kelp, 1/2 lemon. I have been taking the drink for 6 months, about 2 months with this much calcium.
started the protocol looking to help with candida issues which I had self diagnosed after searching for a cure to acne. My candida is under control now and the unexpected bonus is relief from so many other conditions that I had accepted as my lot in life. Some of these improvements were instant like insomnia and anxiety, others have slowly improved to the point where I don't know when they got better, the shoulder being one of those. Funnily enough the one problem that started me on the search for health is still with me with little improvement - acne.
I have seen little change in my pH levels. 1st morning pee approx 6.5 and saliva 6.25. I can only assume that I have loads of acids that my body is still releasing as like I said I have SO MANY other improvements that I know that this is working. So I keep plugging away at it knowing that one day, maybe when I am growing my own food, I will get there and my skin will no longer need to eliminate so much. Anyway I am much more accepting of my skin now that I understand why it is this way.
