Re: Pain under lowest right rib

I agree with Southern Belle. Many people (including me) on this site have felt this pain/discomfort around this area. I don't know for sure what it is, but to me, it means that my liver is "not happy". That isn't necessarily a bad thing (I think), as it could mean that the liver is working hard to get rid of toxins/junk (which is it's job). If you have the time, read the FAQ section on this site and all of the archives. There is a tremendous amount of information and experience here...

You might also get the Liver Cleansing Diet book by Dr Cabot. Good information there as well. Read the story on www.sensiblehealth.com for more good info.

As SB says, we're all in this together. Throughout my 15 flushes, I've passed more than 2,500 stones (15 were larger than 1/2"). Each flush has been different, and I have felt different. The lower right rib "pain" (it's really more like a dull/heavy feeling) has come and gone many times. I've also had lots of upper right shoulder blade pain.

I'm not sure exactly what they are (don't want to open that debate again though), or where they come from, and it really doesn't matter. All I know is that they're better outside of my body than inside. Follow the directions for the flush EXACTLY, and you will be OK (www.drclark.com).

We'll be here...
