I agree -- rice milk is definitely too sweet. I can tolerate unsweetened soy milk in small amounts. If you look at the grams of protein and Sugar on the side of the rice milk container compared to the unsweetened soymilk container, there's a big difference. (and Plain soymilk still has Sugar -- it's the UNSWEETENED that doesn't) I have also made my own unsweetened almond milk, as Jhan suggested.

Another breakfast idea that I eat -- a small amount of high protein cooked grain such as quinoa, buckwheat or amarynth, mixed with coconut milk, cinnamon, ground flax and a bit of stevia. I like this very much.
