Rice milk is acidifying & hard to digest because it's not fermented.
Also re: almond milk suggest making your own if you have time. It's so easy, just a handful of pre-soaked nuts (soak about 8 hrs to wake up enzymes) & then blend w/purified water. You can strain out the fiber. Fresh nut milks are def superior to storebought...no
preservatives & the test is totally different. Plus no
preservatives whatever. With almond milk, you never know the source of their almonds--they could be organic but then also rancid...
Another "milk" alternative is to make your own coconut kefir. Check out Body Ecology's website on how to make it.
Both of these options would be much more therapeutic if you have time...
