I tried to follow the instructions below. But they don't make sense to me. If you lie face down and pull your right knee fully upwards, your weight is automatically shifted to your left side, not your right side. Shifting your weight to your right side is very awkward.
One explanation could be that the knee is supposed to put pressure on your liver and gallbladder and that is accentuated by shifting your weight to your right side.

Go Immediately to Bed, "face down." Pull your right knee fully upwards, towards your right shoulder. A pillow under your left shoulder will help. Now relax into this position, and then shift your weight to your right side. Keep your right knee held fully upwards, to your chest. Using a TIMER, hold this position for 30 minutes. (
