I just completed my 15th flush yesterday. I'm certainly no expert on this, but my experience is that it doesn't seem to matter that much. I saw a string of posts on this in debate format a while back. The routine that I'm using now is to lay on my back (per Dr Clark method) for 30 minutes, then on right side (10 mins), left side (10 mins) and back on my back. I try to lie still (except for these movements) for one hour (until 11:00).
I have had great results....on this last flush I got out 2 large stones and <100 small ones. So far, I've probably flushed 3,000 small stones and at least 15 fairly large ones (3/4" to 1").
My opinion is that the other things that you do for the flush are more important than body position - like eating per the plan all day (no fats), don't eat after 2:00, go straight to bed after guzzling the oil/gf juice...
Hope this helps...
