Hi, Scott,

Occasionally I have stool color changes -- not only color, but also consistency, density, and texture. Sometimes, I'll have hard brown floating to start, ending with reddish clay-like sinking at end, for example.

But I'm not scatalogical, really. *grin*

On the other hand, during [right after] flushes, I'll often notice that my stool has a much darker interior which just peeks through a softer, light brown exterior. I've never attempted to take these apart to explore them, I've merely noted their presence. These could be "Raisinettes" that have been accumulated with softer brown material, or they could be dark stones that have been pushed out, or... I just don't know.

So... I've noted much the same thing you have, I think. I have no idea what or why. Maybe I'll get brave next time...
