Questions about damaging the intestines with the cleanses and other stuff.

If you get into the whole cleansing thing and, as someone suggested, take a daily small dose of Epsom Salts in a glass of water, will you damage the villi in the intestinal walls and colon? I am wondering only because I always heard that taking laxatives is bad for your intestines and digestive tract all together.

I'm continuing on my lemon/olive oil/water daily dose and feeling pretty good about it. Yesterday at a party I ate some disgustingly delicious pudding pie and later felt the horrible pains on my right upper abdomen. I took my usual Flax Oil before bed and woke up with severe pains. I'm just not getting my body right now. I am hoping that I can finally get some Epsom Salts down without gagging and puking one of these days. Is magnesium citrate the same thing? Because I can actually get that stuff down and wouldn't mind doing that instead of the espom salts in water - ugh!

Thanks to all and hope your day is great!
