Re:purges the liver

i think purging is a good thing,,, this is when i mentioned about the chinese bitter(gentian) i guess purging is ridding,, right? so that should be a good thing .
i dont know it just had warning not to be taken for a long period of time because it purges the liver. oh heck im not quite sure.????
just wanted to follow up because i got to thinking about it,,, anyway i havent been taking it so,,???
