Hot flashes! :(

Hi,

I have noticed, that my odor only appears when I have hot flashes! When i dont have these hot flashes, I do not stink! But i have them many times a day, sometimes 5-10 in an hour and they can last over a few minutes! At home I do not have them at all! Only when I am in work/school or with friends! I can feel than that my armpits become really hot and i start sweating, sometimes the rest of my body too! (no matter if its winter or summer) :(
And I dont know what I smell like, but many people told me that I stink! How can I find out what I smell like? And what can I do against these hot flashes???
Do someone have or had the same Problem? What should I do?

Can someone help me plz!?
