Update

The cut has healed very well. It has been almost exactly four days since it occurred and the wound is about 1/3 the length of the initial cut and just appears on the surface healing from the outside edges in there does not seem to be any scarring.

It is a little sensitive (not painfully so) to touch the actual wound (what is left of it), but I am, and have been using it fully since Sunday.
