Are you planning to pass a kidney stone or gallstones? This forum is liver/gall bladder cleanses, and it's a different animal than the kidney forum. I don't think you're going to do the same procedure for both of them, and I sure wouldn't want to try to pass a kidney stone the size you spoke of in an earlier post!!
